Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
